What Exactly Is UX Design?

UX design—short for user experience design—is all about creating products and experiences that resonate with users. It’s the art of understanding their needs, pain points, and aspirations, and then translating that insight into intuitive interfaces and delightful interactions. Just like in the classroom, where I connected with students, engaged them, and ensured their learning, UX designers connect with users, empathize with their goals, and guide them toward success.
